The Staff were friendly and kind and the visit was for my Husbands birthday and they provided us with a bottle of complementary champange. They provided a travel cot; which was of excellent quality as we have had from other hotels in the past substandard cots. In all this was an excellent hotel and great value for money and the location is excellent and staff are happy to help out and go above and beyond. we had a great time and would highly recommend as we would come back here again.
The room would benefit from having a kettle so we could make some tea and coffee in the room, espeically having a baby we were not always able to go our for hot drinks.

The hotel's location was perfect, just steps away from the metro and surrounded by high-end shopping. We were able to easily explore the city's major sights on foot. The room, although a loft with sloped ceilings, was spacious and comfortable, and the king-sized bed was great. The maid service was excellent, with the room cleaned thoroughly each day.

Only hotel in all our Europe travels that did not offer free use of computers for internet access. Lousy service in that respect.
